Interview
They originally thought I was coming in as a potential candidate for placement with one of their clients. I was interviewed promptly with their Division Direct and was explained the position in a very positive light and how financially rewarding it would be. Pretty much had the job in the bag!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
