Quiet immature approach. First arranged a video interview. Then asked me to send CCIE certificate as well my degree which I sent. Then I didn't hear for couple of weeks. Upon checking was told hiring manager out of country. Then silent after that I asked and informed position is filled with another candidate. It happened in oct 2018. A year plus later , same person contacted me and told me same position is available. Again asked me for information and then I realised it is better not to waste time with this guy again. If end client needs documents I'm fine but using his name to collect it without arranging interview doesn't seem fair. Robert Half definitely lacks professionalism in Singapore
