Very quick - basically they go over your resume and ask you what kind of jobs you are interested in - not really an 'interview'

I applied online through a university job board. My initial interview was over facetime with a recruiter, basic interview questions about my resume, past experiences, and what I'm looking for in a job. Then the manager called me in for a face to face interview, after that they asked me to come in for a 2-hour shadow.
