My interview experience was pleasant and professional. I was greeted by their receptionist asked to sign in before meeting my agent. After being showed into a private meeting room, I was asked to elaborate on my resume items, provide the usual credentials for identification after I took a placement test. My agent asked me about my objectives and my comfort in working with various employers, shook my hand and promised to work hard to find great placements. I was given their packets of company info, officially signed with them to enter into an employment agreement with them in a pleasant way.

How often do you want to work? Part time, daily, weekly, long term, full time. What would prevent you from working the other time options?
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.

L’agent pose des questions sur le CV et ensuite des questions précises par rapport à l’offre.. ce sont des questions ouvertes. Chaque point mentionné dans le CV est analysé et détaillé lors de l’entretien. À la fin l’agent donne son avis si oui ou non, le candidat répond aux critères du client.
