Forwarded a resume online. Received a call requesting an interview. Asked to do a skills test online prior to interview which included a personality test. Waited in busy lobby full of potential candidates (temps) also waiting to interview /register for the service. Interview was a review of my test results and resume.I was told I scored well and my resume looked good. I also was told I would be contacted when a position that matched my skills was available. I was never contacted again

Question 1
No difficult questions were asked during the interview. Some difficult questions/ skills were requested during the online testing. Nothing outside of my abilities or the average person with Microsoft Office skills and common sense.
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.

L’agent pose des questions sur le CV et ensuite des questions précises par rapport à l’offre.. ce sont des questions ouvertes. Chaque point mentionné dans le CV est analysé et détaillé lors de l’entretien. À la fin l’agent donne son avis si oui ou non, le candidat répond aux critères du client.
