The interview process is formal. You will likely interview once with the SE whose team you will be a part of. Then likely with a second SE who has experience in the field you work to ensure you have a good technical background

What was your previous role like?
Give and example of a time you faced a difficult situation in the office and what did you do to overcome that difficulty?
What is something that you excel at ?
What is your greatest weakness? (This is usually a trick question.. I would think long and hard about what you will say. Dont make a positive attribute in to a weakness from my experience that is not what they are looking for)
Also, They ask if you have any questions for them. Always come prepared with a question to show you are interested in the role.
Good rapport with the interviewer, but really hard to read. Lack of direction and expectation in terms of the role, which makes it very hard to genuinely match the conversation. There was no response after the interview.

Pretty quick, took about a week or so, they're personable and understanding. Just be yourself and answer questions using STAR format and you'll be golden. I think their process is pretty holistic, if you have a skillset to offer their client-base.
