I have been applying for jobs since May 2022. 1st phone call was less than 5 min and never called back. Applied for another position the person sent me to another department without a call. That person was pleasant but is unable to help with the specific job I was applying for. I did find out that the employer was searching on his own. When asked why is the posting still up if you can’t provide candidates was given what seemed like an excuse
