About 4 weeks after applying I got an interview with a team member. They sent me a video to view and their blog to read before the video call. It was a more relaxed video call with the ability to speak about myself, my skills, and what I am looking for. I thought the interview went really great. They had a few people to interview and in the end chose someone else. I was not given feedback which would have been nice due to the extra time viewing their interview videos and blogs. The HR interview would have come 2nd.
