A recruiter contacted me with a generic Product Manager role at Robinhood. I responded trying to understand what role they were hiring for. Seems like they dont interview for a role but perform a generic interview process. You get a case to study prior to interviews and one interviewer questions about that. Another interview is with a new case that is given to you during the interview. For me the overall process was good but seems interviewers were told they had 30 minutes where as I had 45 minutes booked so after every interview I had 15 minutes left waiting on Google meeting for next person to show up. Only in the final interview in last 10 minutes I got to know about actual open positions they may consider me for. It felt like a waste of time cause I would have answered many questions differently if I knew about what specific job needed.

4 days : 1. Recruiter 2. Product sense 3. Product execution and eng behavioral 4. One pager and tech depth. You will get a chance to prepare with recruiter. Not too tough. Prepare and ask clarification questions.
