I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robinhood in Aug 2020
Interview
First call was super generic with questions about experience and why I was interested in the role. I was told I was a great fit, but salary requirements were not aligned (found this our post interview)
There were three rounds in total. There was a 30 minute intake call with a recruiter, next was the hiring manager and then finally with two recruiting coordinators that would be on my team.
Very straight forward and good communication throughout each step from the recruiter! The email communication was also very timely and I never had any difficulty knowing which link to use for each interview.

They asked about my experience with handling last minute emergencies
I applied online. I interviewed at Robinhood (Menlo Park, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter for a 30 minute chat about the role, also covered some behavioral questions to better assess my strengths. Was moved onto the final round. It was an 1-hour and a half, met with 2 peers and the HM over the team. 75 percent of the interview was behavioral questions and 25% was a case study. Interviewers left plenty of time

Why Robinhood?
Tell me about a time you were asked to spearhead a project but after spending countless hours on it, priorities were shifted or you were asked to go back to the drawing board?
