I applied online and got an invite for a Codesignal. The Codesignal was pretty easy, I score ~840 on it.
The next step is a phone screen done through Karat. I was asked some multiple-choice/short-answer questions (if you've taken the Triplebyte assignment, it was similar in format to those questions).
After that was a recruiter call, just talked about what my interest in RH was and what my technical focus was, and then some information about the role itself.
Final round is 3 interviews, algorithms, coding and system design. They ask you to sign an NDA before this step, so I'm not going to go in-depth on what they asked. This was definitely the most challenging step, but it was also great to talk with some engineers and get a sense of what life is like at RH. They were also pretty helpful in terms of nudging in the right direction.
Overall, the process was extremely smooth with quick response times.
