15 minute with a recruiter (internal). This recruiter has no concept of any job. They just ask questions based on the JD which is written by the hiring manager. For example, they actually disagreed with me that I thought the title based on our conversation was incorrect and should not be the title they are recruiting for. They asked why, I explained– but they seemed really offended I said they were benchmarking it wrong.
