I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Roblox (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Recruiter contacted me. The next step was to talk to hiring manager, when I passed that "behavioural" round I was passed on to phone screen interview. The outsourced this to some other company. The question was easy, (leetcode easy/medium) When I passed that they called me onsite. All rounds were 45 mins each.
Round 1: technical question on white board.
Round 2: team lunch
Round 3: Hiring manager asked technical question on white board.
Round 4: System design
Round 5: Behavioural
Round 6: Meet the co-founder
Round 7: System design + behavioural
Round 8: Behavioural
It was a pretty positive experience. Every one was nice and friendly.

Other Software Engineer Interview Reviews for Roblox
Took an OA. Pretty difficult leetcode style questions and some games (Roblox games and psychology based games to determine personality traits). I did not get through the initial online assessment.
One standard hr phone call then one 60 min phone screen. Nothing out of the ordinary. Phone screen was done on codesignal where you could see code compile and run
Interview consisted of two leetcode style questions and two "games" that tested problem solving and optimization. Coding questions were of medium/hard difficulty. The games were difficult as the instructions given were terrible and unintuitive.
