Recruiter (Hank) was amazing and very responsive. Courteous well seasoned leadership team and interviewers overall. Great energy and passion through the company. Roblox lives their core values, and love that they value their employees. They care about innovation, are very focused on the long view, the CEO and founder is a visionary and thinks 5-25 years out. And the company is almost 80% eng and product so they practice what they preach.

Well organized interview process. The bulk of the interviews were held on one day. Met with Engineering Managers, Directors, VPs, CEO. All were very engaged - great sign that everyone takes hiring very seriously. Decision took longer than I would have liked.
