1) Meeting with HR with behavioural questions
2) Meeting with 2 members from the regulatory affairs team with behavioural and targeted questions and introduction of what they do
3) Meeting with 2 directors in regulatory affairs and labelling to discuss the role in detail and your application

The process was comprises of a Panel interview , an interview with hiring manager, and lastly HR. The panel interview was focused on technical skills and presentation. The other two were mostly behavioral questions.

Interview
Initial Human Resources interview by phone for about 10 minutes in English and Spanish. Very general questions about why you’re interested in the role and why your experience is valuable for the role. Then an interview with the hiring managers with more specific role related questions.

I was invited to have a Hangout interview with the hiring manager and the boss of the hiring manager. It took almost 1 hour. I did not have an interview with the HR department.
