I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Roche (Burgess Hill, England)
Interview
The process was engaging, simple and quick!
The application included the submission of a CV and covering letter; x2 aptitude tests (maths and verbal reasoning); x1 personality test; online interview and F2F interview with group activities.
The process only took 2-months from the submission of my CV and covering letter to the F2F interview.
The interview itself was inspiring. We had the opportunity to discuss the business and role with various people at Roche, from current interns to senior members of staff. The interview was fairly informal and consisted of competency-based questions and a presentation.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Describe a time when you saw a projects going off-course. What did you do and why?

The interview process was vague and ultimately determined that I was not focused on pursuing a career in the biotech industry. I would recommend expressing your desire to be in the industry.
