The interview started with a phone call from the recruiter about my resume and what I heard about the company. After that I had a call with the manager I would be working with and we spoke about my resume and what sort of projects I worked on.
Asked different questions about my academic background and previous experiences.
Then , questions about specific knowledge related to the internship ad.
The interview was online with 2 technical leads and one hr.

One behavior/technical interview on call asking about experience, with technical questions based off of them, conducted by their principal SWE. Then a call for the offer about a few weeks later

They were nice, but extremely unprofessional in the communication aspect. Ghosted me after the final round for 5 weeks and did not respond to any follow-up emails at all.
