I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Roche (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
First, a short phone call with a recruiter where they asked a few technical questions (such as command to be a root user). Then an hour long behavioral interview with no technical questions.
easy going, everything was as expected. the HR asks you questions and you answer them, they dont rush you. but they could have followed up faster after the interview, with their decision
It was a simple interview
First round was dsa
Second round was system design
Third round was behavioural
All the rounds were average in difficulty and the interviewers were friendly as well
30 min call with senior engineer with high pressure technical questions about Java and object oriented programming. Then, a call with a recruiter to discuss performance. Overall a solid company and seriously considered the offer before declining.
