I was contacted via email, and fastly had interview. Interview was with HR and team member. They asked me why I want to work with them. Team member was really nice. She was interesting in me explain my previous experience and if anything was similar to this job offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Roche (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2016

Applied, got a call for in-person interview. Got an email with a phoney reasons -- "You would be frustrated with the company work process and flow because we are so big."
