Interview
The interview process was not too difficult. There is an initial phone screening interview, which only took 15-20 minutes. After that, there was a group and individual interview. Make sure you are able to thoroughly go through your resume and leadership examples.
Very smooth process, only a single step, good communication throughout and opportunity for me to ask questions as well. Role play, presentation and then competency based questions. Had to do it in person. They took a while to get back to me.

I was contacted via email, and had quickly interview. Hr and 2 team members were there. They asked me regarding my previous job, since I worked similar things. They explained me more details regarding job.
