At first it was a screening call with an HR, it went good, nothing special. They were asking my expectations and setting up the next step. Then there was a testing task, where for this role I had to solve project management exercise with time management and responsible employees for the project. It was quite easy. The third round is the interview with marketing team (Digital Hub). They were asking a lot about my past experience in marketing, campaign management skills, digital marketing background and behavioural questions, such as "what would your family and close friends would say about you in 3 words?", or "what would you usually do when you're feeling sad?". After this stage I was pretty sure that everything went well and expected the final round, where I could meet the global management team. The final round questions were more about project management skills and how to handle difficult situation, what was my experience where I overcome a challenge at work, what would I do in a certain situation and how do I see myself in the role. I asked questions about the position and the expectations + career opportunities, as it was important for me. In the end I got a rejection. It was sad since I went so far in the hiring process. Although I felt I would fit for the role, sadly, the HR explained the rejection as I had lack of leadership skills. It's strange to me since they knew my experience and background from the beginning of the process, which took about a month. I don't quite get the reason to keep the candidate till the last stage if you see this is not a fit.
