Interview
As customary in the field, the interview was a multi-stage process. After the general filtering came first the HR interview, covering the role, my experience, and other general things. The second round was an in-depth assessment. Doable, but expect to sweat. My main qualm was that for such a big, famous, and obviously serious company, the offered salary was a disappointment. I got much better offers from much smaller companies.

From generic questions increasingly to nitty-gritty details covering all steps of the document development process. Have you done this before? What is your experience with....? How would you approach a problem like...? Talk me through the process of....? Questions often left the area of what is normally expected in medical writing.
