Roche Operations Manager interview questions

The interview process was quite unusual. I didn’t have a screening call, which is typically expected. Instead, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview right from the start. The office environment was very pleasant, and the interview itself seemed to go well. However, after the interview, I was completely ghosted. I followed up twice and received no response. I understand if I wasn’t selected, but some communication would have been appreciated. It's not a nice experience to be left in the dark after investing time and effort.
