Rock Valley College interview questions

Two to three interviews, maybe requested to teach a class on a designated topic to the interviewing committee. Once the applicants are narrowed down a second interview is scheduled with the Dean of the program and if that goes well a third interview or meeting with administration may be offered.

Initial phone interview with the Dean of the Department. Very friendly and questions were based off of my expectations, background and career goals. He stressed that funding had to be secured prior to the position being filled. Second interview was 1 on 1, also with the Dean, but I quickly realized that I was hired on site when I was given the course materials and a tutorial on how to access online resources.
