I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation
Interview
I went to an info session to get an idea on Rockwell does and what the responsibilities of an Account Manager was. The next day, I spoke with representative at my University Career Fair and was offered an interview then (I think it was a Wednesday). I went in for my interview two days later on Friday. There was three people, one person from the info session, the representative from the career fair, and myself. The interview was 30 minutes. The first 15 minutes was them getting to know me better, asking questions and what not. I felt they were pretty straight forward for the most part. The last 15 minutes was reserved for the interviewee to ask questions if they had any and we continued for another 10-12 Minutes. About a week later, I received an email about their decision.

Interview
A few rounds of interviews with a presentation, group case study, and some round robin interviews. Overall it is not too bad and you get to meet many people from the company.
