I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2017
Interview
On campus interview 1st round, very casual where the recruiter asked mostly behavioral and personality questions. Video interview 2nd round, recording multiple questions then sending them all in. No difficult technical questions were asked.
