I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation in Sep 2018
Interview
I Met the recruiter at career fair seemed to be nice and described me the team I was supposed to join and an overal view of what are the technical parts I’m going to do and asked me if i want to apply immediately
30 min phone interview. Later, an hour tech interview. It was mostly a back-and-forth exchange about what projects I had done up until that point. Very good experience. My advice would be to not overthink and make sure you understand your stuff.
3 rounds, questions about current experience and working on how will you be able to grasp what is directed at you? Questions about MES and the automotive industry? OEE/ Throughput related questions.
