The career's website showed that I was going to get an interview the next day that I applied for the job. Almost two weeks later, I got an e-mail asking me for availability for an interview. I talked to the recruiter, but after that I got completely ghosted. The recruiter did not reply to my follow up e-mail or updated the career's website with the progress of the application.
