I had the first interview with HR, and the second was with the decision-makers. I prepared a presentation deck based on the template I got from HR. After the first interview, HR decided to present my profile to the decision-makers, also if I identified the position was for an individual contributor. At the beginning of the second interview, I understood the HR and decision-makers had not any alignment. The second interview was interesting and challenging. However, they didn't use the webcam and I didn't appreciated. It was not respectful.
