I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation
Interview
Pretty standard UX interview process. An one hour portfolio review, then an onsite interview. The HR is the most professional HR who I have ever interacted with, which makes the process go very smoothly.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
I started off with a phone conversation with a recruiter which seemed to go well. Recruiter indicated she would review with hiring manager. I received a follow up email indicating they wanted me to do a an automated interview via HireVue which involves answering 10 or so questions while being recorded via video.
I declined to participate and bowed out of interview process after researching HireVue company and software. Their TOS does not clearly spell out what is done with video interview down the road.
