Came in through referral -- first call was with the hiring manager which I understand is atypical but in the spirit of time (this was EOY around the holidays and there were some time constraints) the process was a bit expedited. After a call w/ the HM, I went through the online assessment which was exactly what you'd expect; you don't get results but I assume it's just looking to make sure you meet a baseline of cognitive ability. Then came the case study which was a pitch to a few folks on the BD team; what I appreciated about this mock pitch compared to others I've done is you get to choose what you pitch. This way you really get to showcase your skills in selling something you understand, rather than trying to fake sell some product you don't really understand yet (which, IMO, wouldn't be representative of how you'd sell that product if you were actually a rep at the company). They gave helpful constructive feedback after the call and allocated time for you to ask questions as well. Lastly was the "bar raiser" interview which I really enjoyed. This interview is with a c-level exec and 1. allows you to better to get to know leaders in the company which is really valuable in better understanding culture and 2. gives you an opportunity to share more about who you are rather than diving into the technicalities of the role. I found this call to be super helpful in making my ultimate decision and appreciated that the questions were less about the position (since I'd already done a lot of that...) and more about me, who I am, and what I'd bring/how I'd fit in at Rokt.
Highlights: process felt very two-way, they were organized / no cancelations or reschedules, I could tell they spent time to get to know me professionally and personally.
