Thanks for your comments, and for applying for this position at Rokt. We have investigated this and have discovered that the feedback we provide post a skills assessment is not very transparent. We are going to make some changes based on your feedback so that we give candidates more transparent and actionable feedback. The short version of what happened is that you did not achieve the required score to move to the next round on our skills test. Our feedback needs to be clearer when this happens. We have a rigorous interview process for our Software Engineers, which involves online skills testing, face to face interviews with peers, and also with senior management. We believe this helps us select the applicants who would be best suited for these roles. We understand that there will be disappointment for applicants who do not proceed through each stage of the process, and we wish you the best of luck in your next endeavours.
