Thank you for sharing the feedback. We definitely appreciate your interest in Rokt and thank you for the time you spent in the interview process. We are investing in significantly increasing the size of our NYC R&D team this year. Our initial focus is on hiring more senior engineers, which will create the foundation to hire less experienced engineers in late spring/early summer. By the end of 2021 we will have large and diverse R&D team of all levels in multiple technical areas. It promises to be an exciting year at Rokt for engineers who love to solve hard technical problems while working with talented peers in a vibrant culture.
