Some interviewees were great, some seemed uninterested in what I had to say. When someone seems uninterested, it’s a bit discouraging for people that are getting interviewed (in that case myself), and you start second guessing whether they are bored with you, or simply already gave up on you

Question 1
The usual interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary
The interview process was very well organized. There's a cognitive test first, followed, by 3 rounds of interviews including the hiring manager, peers and direct reports. After that, there was an assignment for a case study and two final executive interviews. All in all, a very thoroughly vetted process and the advantage is working with super smart high achievers. Everyone is motivated to do well and succeed and that energy is infectious!
