This company discriminates against people with learning disabilities in their application process. Before a recruiter even looks at your resume, you have to take an aptitude test - which is mostly math and questions like the ones you would see on an IQ test. They include a note that the test isn't intended to discriminate against disabled people - well, whether that's their intention or not - it does. People with learning. disabilities will likely have a very hard time on this test. My learning disability makes math and spatial tasks hard for me - which is why I have chosen a field where I do not need to do those things. Why test candidates on skills they don't need to do their job? They are looking to hire one very specific type of intelligence and can't even be bothered to give you a screening call before you put energy into the test. Dodged a bullet as I take DEI, especially disability inclusion, very seriously and Rokt clearly does not.
