I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Roku (Los Gatos, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview

They were polite and friendly and were okay with me admitting I did not know the answers to their questions. They told me a large part of an interview with a smaller company was how well you present yourself and get along with the interviewers, not just what you know.
