My interview experience with Roku was very good. My recruiter Michelle Hayes is awesome! She provided guidance and advice to me in every step of the way, with timely and prompt updates and checking in to see how I feel about the process and if I have any questions. Whenever I asked her anything I got very timely response from her, even in after business hours. I remember when we were in the last stage of the process I was anxiously waiting for an update. Michelle emailed me on a Friday night and then called me on a Saturday morning to deliver the good news. When we discussed the compensation expectation, Michelle put both Roku and candidate's mutual interests in heart and provided great help to me. I have Michelle to thank for for the smooth and successful interview process. All the interviewers were very considerate, thoughtful and professional. I had good time talking to them as well.
