Interview process took around 3 months from initial recruiter conversation to receiving an offer. Took about a month between last interview and receiving an offer. A week after verbally accepting my offer, I was told I wouldn't be receiving a contract due to potential company restructuring and new approval layers needed for the role. Aka they went on a hiring freezer and had lay offs shortly after. Waited for about a month before I moved on from this job opportunity. The recruiter would tell me they'd have an update in a week and then I wouldn't hear from them. Also told me they were almost positive I would be hired because I verbally accepted an offer. Mainly upset that they weren't honest with me from the moment they couldn't extend a contract. Instead kept me strung along.

First few round of the interview process are with a few team members in different departments. One of the last rounds is a deck that needs to be presented which can get tricky so make sure you understand the information they provide to build out the deck as they will be asking specific questions

Hiring manager than a panel of 4 cross functional team members then a final round with the director . There is nothing more to say , each interview lasted 30 minutes then they came back with an offer 5 days later
