Interview
There were 2 interviews. One by a local manager and the other one via video conferencing with a manager in Derby. First interviewer asked a few technical questions regarding aircraft engines and certain manufacturing processes.
The interview was tough, will ask 3-4 different scenarios and react on the spot, the tough part is getting to impress the interviewer. Do your prep, stay calm and just do without expectation i guess.

They set up a 30-minute call and asked behavioral questions, stating that they would write your answers and send them to a hiring manager. They did not have much information about the job itself as the person conducting the interview was mainly just a hiring interviewer.
