Assessment Centre is the last stage. There was a 5 minute presentation about why you choose Rolls-Royce, why you choose the particular role and how you think the business can be improved. They had follow up questions about recent news about Rolls-Royce and other questions about the business.
This was followed by a technical interview for an hour. They keep asking until you break so that they can test the depth of your knowledge. The group activity was the third activity.
