Hiring is done very professionally, behaviours are given more importance along with first principles, they look into how you approach to solve problem rather than final solution.
First they will have telephonic screening then they will invite you for face to face interview with technical and people manager, they don't have separate HR round
Technical round followed by Behaviour round..almost 30min and 30min...poster presentation on any topic of Ur choice and some questions from their standard menu. After that behaviour questions to test your attitude and responses...be positive while answering
