I had an virtual interview invitation and it was one hour with one technical expertise, the interviewer was friendly and the questions was not so difficult, they respond after the interview with about three weeks with the results

Interview
Applied online, it took 3 months to get an interview. One of the interviewers calling in while traveling with bad connection, almost impossible to have a meaningful conversation. Another 3 months to find out I was rejected in the portal, not even an automated email (seriously?!). Big waste of time.
