Mostly personality and behavioral questions. (e.g. how do you approach new tasks; time when you failed; how do you deal with boring tasks)
When interviewing, the people interviewing are told to keep two questions in mind: Can this person do the work? (which is most likely yes because the work is mainly reading redlines and formatting Word documents) 2am Test: Is this someone you would want to work with at 2am? (which is really just: does this person seem like an a-hole?)
