I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ropes & Gray in Nov 2025
Interview
Had a phone screener with a manager that was supposed to be 30 minutes, It seemed like a great conversation that actually ran almost an hour. I was told that I'd be a great fit and to expect to hear back in a week. Almost three weeks later, I've gotten no response. It seems like they lead you on just to ghost. The interview was pretty simple with straightforward behavioral questions, and you should be prepared to discuss why you want to work at the firm. Seems like the interviewer had been at R&G for a while, but had little say when it came to making decisions.
