Rosendin interview questions

Disorganized interview process I had an interview scheduled for a Night Administrative Assistant role and experienced multiple reschedules, including a same-day cancellation after I had already rearranged my schedule twice to accommodate the interview. While I understand that hiring needs can change, the lack of coordination and late communication made the process frustrating. Based on this experience, candidates may want to confirm scheduling details in advance and be prepared for potential changes.

Initial recruiter phone call - they were kind and shared a bit about the company itself, what they do and what their looking for. Then asked about what I was interested in and what kind of projects have I worked on that related to the position. They asked why I was looking for a change and what it was about Rosendin that interested me to apply. The last question they ask is salary expectations and I always counter that question with what's they range they were offering and they were happy to share that. Unfortunately the range they were offering was below my expectations so I had to pass and did not move on.
