      Scrum Master Interview

      Jul 3, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Chicago, IL
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rotary (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2023

      Interview

Had 3 interviews for a full time perm role. After the 3rd/final interview I was told Rotary may change this role to Contract to Hire and I was asked if I was interested. I asked for the details of this contract, there were none at this time. I was eventually given an offer but this did not include a duration of the contract. I countered the offer and asked for the contract length to be defined. I was told this duration is unknown. A couple hours later I was told Rotary is rescinding the offer they gave me because they have changed this to strictly a contract, not contract to hire, and they want to give this to someone else.
