      Associate Archivist Interview

      Sep 25, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Evanston, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rotary (Evanston, IL) in Jun 2011

      Interview

To me, this was a very, very strange interview process. I was in a dark room in the back and only asked a handful of questions by one person as another sat silently in the corner. It seemed like they already had a candidate in mind and were simply going through the motions. I do not think I would apply for a position here again based on the how the interview was. This was a while ago though, so perhaps things have changed. Hopefully they have changed for the better.
