Aside from standard interview process, there's a cultural interivew with one of the company's memeber from another team as part of a Culture Advocate Interview. this gives an opportunity to question and confirm the company's stance on DEI and other cultural important points for each.

It was super easy and comfortable! Has a phone screening then video chat with two great managers at different levels and then spoke with the VP! Everything was very comfortable and was one of the reasons why I connected and accepted the role.
