I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Roth Staffing
Interview
They will typically fly you to their corporate office regardless of what office you're interviewing for and you meet everyone ...the CEO, Founder, President, Vice Presidents ...they invest a lot in the decision to hire - very impressive. I was contacted by their internal recruiter several times over a year and kept hearing good things and having a good connection with recruiter so I finally entertained phone interview with the Market Manager. Next was a meeting with the Market Manager and a Vice President. Later did a phone interview with the Senior Vice President. The last phase is interviews with executives all the way up to the top at their corporate office. They do this for every manager position and higher. It was helpful because the interview is almost like a pre-onboarding. I felt like I knew everyone and what all the resources were before I started.

Question 1
The CEO is a little intimidating and you should really know the business side of things, he'll ask about your numbers, dollars, cents, percentages.
