The interview process went very quickly. I was briefed on what the client was looking for and the expectations for the assignment. I was able to address them with specific detail.

The interview process is short and to the point. My recruiter told me more about what the company does, what my role would be, and how we could tailor things to help move me in the direction I wanted to go. She was quick to pick up on my interests, and she immediately sought to know more about me as an individual rather than just a drone worker; but perhaps the most interesting thing about the interview was that she made it comfortable and didn't make it feel like there was a "right" answer. It was really like two people talking rather than a dehumanizing interrogation.
